Smeerch is back! “Dancing Like Cher” is the title of his new single, released on all digital music platforms. This new track - the first one released on a mysterious new label - embodies the evolution of the stylistic path undertaken by the Rome-based dj. The deep house sounds that characterize the original version - out for the first time on vinyl in 2017 as part of “Samples Salad” EP - are now reinterpreted in a dub style involving organ chordes and enthralling soul-flavored pads that frame the persuasive voice of Francesca Gramegna aka Skyeez. This dark and essential-flavoured rearrangement is enhanced by 2 remixes: one from Milan-based Dj Marco Rigamonti, whose rhythm winks at the UK Garage from early 2000s, and one very material and housey by the talented hands of Roman DJ Deepo.
