Riflesso

Variant Electronic return for their thirty-fifth release, this time we are proud to present you our first release from Italian man Francesco Tella, with his phenomenal EP "Riflesso", with two stomping remixes by label regular Dalosso, and label head Luke Creed.
Francesco will be doing more projects for us, this release is a great way to kick things off, we got the title track to kick things off in a very unique way, Riflesso is a beautiful winding deep ambient techno track, while remaining powerful in its execution. This sets the standard for the EP, and Francesco does not rest on his laurels, he goes on to hammer it home, his diversity shown just by listening to the next track. Rust, a banging techno number, no holds barred, a really great sound that he keep up with for the rest of the EP with differing style,Fourth Type and Cod 74 keep to this theme, while being cut of a different cloth at the same time, mix in a drip of acid in with Cod 74 and we have the completed solo tracks.
Then there are the remixes, label owner Luke Creed provides a trademark four on the floor demolisher with his remix of Fourth Type. Dalosso returns, and he is back with the same vigour and style as always, there is an obvious reason to why Dalosso is on of the most featured artists on Variant Electronic, and he will remain, it would be rude to say he is part of the furniture here, he is more of a centrepiece, expect more from the Dutch maestro this year and beyond.
