One of the world's most celebrated beach clubs is Warung, and the Brazilian party place also has an esteemed label that deals in futuristic house and tech. Here comes the latest EP to back that up: a three tracker from D-Nox & Beckers that includes a Blancah remix. D-Nox & Beckers have been working together for more than ten years now, releasing on labels like Suara, Tronic and Great Stuff. The German pair have played all over the world as a result, and have picked up many awards as well as turning out plenty of Beatport chart toppers. Beyond Black goes first and is a slippery and rubbery tune with bristling drums and soft silvery hi hats. A nimble lead synth line brings energy and upright moves to the groove and carries you away as soul infused pads bring a real serenity to the mix. The Blancah remix is even more melodic, and one that sends shivers up your spine as you surge through the galaxies. The next original is Surface, a more turbulent tune with edgy chord vamps bringing tension to the rooted drums. More space-y synths spiral round to add scale and make this a cerebral tune that also has plenty of drive. This new EP is sure to be another big hitter for both artists and label.
